Some of the best money I ever spent. I walk around with a dSLR hanging from my neck a lot of the time, and often get headaches afterwards -- and I can tell they're coming from my neck. When my doctor sounded the alarm last year about the "severe degenerative arthritis" in my neck, I decided I was justified in buying this strap.
My advice: don't wait until the arthritis sets in. This strap makes a HUGE difference. I won't say it's like not having a camera around your neck at all -- but it feels as if it's only 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight. And it was much cheaper than endless x-rays, pills, etc.!
